  • When should I arrive?

    Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to check in, get wrapped up, and stretch before class starts

  • Do I need prior boxing experience?

    Absolutely NOT! Our classes are specially designed to work with any experience level. Coaches will review proper technique throughout class and modifications where necessary

  • What should I bring to class?

    Make sure to bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothing, and athletic shoes. We have hand wraps and water bottles for purchase in-studio. Extra boxing gloves are available to borrow during class

  • Do you host group events?

    YES! Group classes are great to do with friends, coworkers, or bachelor(ette) parties. Please contact us through email or Instagram if you’re interested in scheduling a group class.

  • Do you offer private sessions?

    YES, if classes aren’t your thing or you want more 1x1 coaching, you can set up private sessions with any of our coaches. To inquire on pricing, please send an email to boxstfitness@gmail.com

  • What kind of packages do you offer?

    We offer everything from drop-in classes to class packs and monthly memberships. Please reference the Schedule & Pricing page for more infomation.

  • Are there showers available?

    We have one bathroom, including a shower. Feel free to hop in after class but please be respectful to others.

  • What to expect for my first class?

    Every trainer is going to throw their own spin on a class, focusing on different techniques and exercises. However, the general flow of class will include a warmup, review of punches, pad and bag work, and abs to finish off.
